of BULMA

I, BULMA, of legal age, Filipino, married, a housewife, and a resident of Sitio Awayon,
Barangay Calatagan, Makato, Aklan, and after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby deposes and states.

PREFATORY STATEMENT

That the taking of my Judicial Affidavit was administered and supervised by Atty. Evan
John Ostan and was done at his Law Office at Poblacion, Makato, Aklan, and I am fully
aware and cognizant of the questions asked of me by Atty. Evan John Ostan and my
answers thereto are under oath being aware that I may face criminal liability for false
testimony or perjury.

I am BULMA, 55 years of age, married to VEGETA, and residence of Sitio Awayon, Barangay
Calatagan, Makato, Aklan.

Q2:

How long have you been a resident of Sitio Awayon, Barangay Calatagan, Makato, Aklan?

A2:

I was a resident of the place since childhood. I was born in the same place.

Q3:
Do you know Spouses Jesus and Nelita Bermejo?

A3:

Yes, Sir. They are my neighbors.

Q4:

How about their children Julius, Juliet, Juana and Juanito?

A4:

Yes, Sir. I used to be their nanny when they were still small children.

Q5:

Are you aware that the land they are residing is theirs?

A5:

Yes, Sir they are the owners of the land. Ever since I was a child, I already saw the Spouses Jesus
and Nelita Bermejo in the land they were residing.
