8:00 – 9:30 am  Carry out due medication


 Bedside Care
 Doing procedures such as NGT, IFC insertion
or removal, IV insertion, CBG monitoring as
ordered

9:30 – 10:00 am Break

10:00 - 10:30 am  Rechecking the patient's chart


 Continuous Kardex update

10:30 - 11:45 am LUNCH BREAK

11:45 - 12:00 pm  Vital Signs taking and plotting

12:00 – 1:00 pm  Preparing and giving due medications


 Doing procedures such as NGT, IFC insertion
or removal, IV insertion, CBG monitoring as
ordered

1:00 - 1: 50 pm Completion of requirements

1:45 - 2:00 pm Pack-up and Dismisal
