Sneha Thomas Project & Location: Private Residence, Elamakkara Time & Date: 2:00 pm, 7°" January, 2023 PROJECT DETAILS: Type: Private Residence (G+1) Construction Stage: Wiring and Plumping were in progress Coverage Floor Space Index (FSI): Plot Area Plinth Height: +4S5cm Lintel Height: +210cm Floor Height: 315cm SITE OBSERVATIONS: * Objective of the site visit was to check and confirm the electrical and plumping points before laying of the tile. Corrections were duly given © The site is located a bit far from the main road, surrounded by the residences. © Plastering of the residence was progressing. Flemish Bond — Brick masonry was used in the construction © Changes and suggestions were mentioned by the client with regards to their needs. Negotiable differences were found were reported to the contractor for corrections © Water tank construction was completed. It is placed below the car porch. Tile work of the same; was also done © Thereafter, shops like Kajaria, Johnson, ABC Emporio, Kairali Granites etc; were visited for tile selection, to finalise the bathroom tiles SITE VISIT REPORT Subject: Site Visit Report Department / Division: Architecture Purpose of Visit: Inspection Personnel Accompanied: Gokul Suresh, Draughtsman Project & Location: Private Residence, NH Bypass, Palarivattom Time & Date: 3:00 pm, 31° January, 2023 PROJECT DETAILS: Type: Private Residence (G+2) Construction Stage: Wiring and Plastering Plinth Height: +60cm Lintel Height: +240em Floor Height: 345cm SITE OBSERVATIONS: © Objective of the site visit was to check and confirm the electrical points in all 3 floors. * The site is located close to NH Bypass, Palarivattom. Residential area located in one of the urban centres of the city. * Plastering of the first floor, concreting of the second floor and wiring was progressing. Flemish Bond — Brick masonry was used in the construction * The electrical points in the 3 floors of the residence were checked and corrections were marked. * Corrections found with respect to the drawings were reported to the site engineer. Residential areas with a clam and peaceful atmosphere, without the disturbance of the city’s hustle and bustle © Tile work was progressing in the site * Rooms were closely observed and checked to ensure the accuracy of the electrical points given in the flat, as per the respective drawings * The differences found were reported to the contractor.
