It not only help to provide with practical knowledge but also tells
and help to know the working of it in the organisation . It also
helped me a lot to know about the organisation
About the Friday cinema
The FRIDAY CINEMA is a luxurious theatre and entertainment destination. This
cinema was founded on 6 march, 2018 by Kankotiya brothers which is now a
successful running cinema. It has 3 multiplex screens. It is located at a pime
destination in mota varacha. Its booking partner are book my show.
Apart from has the dolby SLS sound system, it has the best and luxurious seats.
Recliner, sofa,loungers are available. Secondly it also provides with mouth watering
food like nachos, wedges and a lot more. Its clubbed with the cafe coffee day for the
coffee sales. So many varieties for popcorns and drinks.
Furthermore, it has several managers for each and every jobs. It has operating
managers, marketing managers, accounting managers, food and beverage managers
and a main head manager who supervises all the functioning of the cinema.
Henry fayol
Henri Fayol was. a mining executive, of mines. of business often called who french mining

According to this principle, each suboordinate should receive orders superies from and be accountable one

According to my observations this principle is not being followed .

Unity of direction
Unity of direction implies that be one activities there should head w one plan for group of having

Application
During the cource of personal investigation, following facts came our notice
that is-

Subordination of individual interest
According to this principle, intrest of organisation must prevail over Individuals or
employees. I’m an organisation every subordinate has its own interest. this principle
demands that Individuals should sacrifice his personal goals to achieve organisational
goals.
APPLICATION
In the Friday cinema, all jobs are well defined and streamlined such that each
employee reprorts to respective head/ superies. Employees always come extra work
whenever Needed.
They always put their hard efforts all the time but if some team members are absent
than other employees take their responsibility and put their individual intrest above the
organisational intest.
Remuneration of employees
According to this principle, overall compensation and pay should be fair to
employees and organisation. The remuneration should be just and fair to everybody.
It should provide satisfaction to both employees and organisation.
APPLICATION
As per the survey employees of the theatre are paid on monthly basis the friday
cinema also follows the pay and reward policy.
The salaries are in relation to take of jobs theatre they performed in theatre
employees work on part time and paid accordingly. One of workers paid personal
teld adequate enough to standard of living.
Centralisation and decentralisation
According to this principle there should be proper Balance between centralisation
and decentralisation in the organisation. Centralisation refers to concentration of
authority at the top level whereas decentralisation refers to evenly distribution of
Authority at all levels of management.
According to fayol, A company must be completely centers decentralised but there
must be combination of both the nature and size of the organisation
APPLICATION
According to my observation employees of this company are happy with this
dicision making come authorities therefore this principle is applied in the company.

Scalars chain
Scalar chain means line of authority of superiors from higher to lower rank.
Fayol insist that this chain must be followed strictly in the organisation.
Every information must pass through every key of the chain no skipping of anyone key should be allowed if this
chain is broken then there are chances of combination gap in the organisation but sometimes following scaler chain
becomes a long prove and if some important information has to be passed it gets delayed so in case of emergency
and urgent information they all presents a shortcut which is called gang plank.
Gang plank presents direct communication between the employees working in different positions without
following scaler chain
APPLICATION
According to my observation the employees of the company or the manager of the company has direct
communication with the boss which violates the scaler chain

scaler chain.
Order
According to this principle there should be a place for everything and everyone if there
is a fixed place for everything and it is present there and there will be no obstruction in
work.
There should be a specific place or workshop for the foreman so that he can be easily
contacted whenever necessary for example if a worker is in need of tools he must
known in which box it will be found and if the needs guidance from superior he must
know the fixed cabinet superior.
APPLICATION
According to my observation all the things material were rightly placed in the Fridays
Cinema at their predetermined places does we can say that their principal is applied in
the company this promotes the feeling of harmony and unity among the employs that
delivery of order can be done efficiently and effectively.
Equity
According to this principle there should be no discrimination among the employs on the
basis of religion language caste sex believe or nationality.
Equity refers to fair treatment that is kind injustice on part of superiors while dealing with
their subordinates it must be noted that fayolis not rule out use of force sometimes he also
advances use of strict treatment.
APPLICATION
During the course of survey I noticed that manager at the Friday Cinema Treats their
subordinate and crew equally no discrimination is made on the basis of sex education cast
release and position in the organisation etc
Equal level of training opportunity and promotion is given as per their performance equal
level of pay is given for equal level of work regardless of their gender so there is equity
among the employees so the work can be done efficiently and effectively.
Stabilisation of personal
According to this principle there should be proper efforts to achieve stability and
continuity of tenure of personnel fayol was the view that employs should be selected
they should be kept at their position for a minimum period and must be given
reasonable time to show the results and the management must provide the feeling of job
security among the employees.
APPLICATION
According to the observation labour turnover is of the cinema is less which is good for
the company if this could be brought down the labour would field job security and
would work more efficiently.
Initiative
According to this principle workers should be encouraged and given opportunity to
take some initiative in making and executing the plans.
Fayol suggested that employees at all levels should be encouraged to take initiative
in work related matters however initiative that does not mean going against the
established practice or doing something against discipline.
APPLICATIONS
As per the survey in order to check the implementation of the principle in the
company all the employees were asked to explain or express their opinions to the
HC questions.
A number of employees were in favour of the questions this means the opinion
employees were given importance this is a comfortable situation this helps in
encouraging initiative and confidence among employees.

According to this principle management should take reasonable steps to develop a sense
of belongingness and feeling of team spirit among the employees.
In order to achieve the best possible results individual and group efforts needs to be
effectively integrated and coordinated production is team together everyone achieves
more work and require full support and operation of all members.
APPLICATION
This principle is undoubtedly being followed by the Fed Cinema as per the information
provided their higher level of order is maintained.
Findings and learning’s
This project gives exposure regarding discussion with employees of the selected company the
Friday Cinema
It also helps in properly collecting information about where the company follows the given
principle of management or not by Henry fayol.
It entails deep understanding and interpretation of all of principles and help me understand it.
As a result they have gained benefits of specialisation better working systematic operation Lagana
employs coordinated staff and order and discipline in the organisation they almost followed all the
principal in the organisation except discipline unity of command and scaler chain.
According to me the Friday Cinema is properly following principle of management and every
organisation should always follow Falls principal
Because management is the life giving demand of company without it the resources of production
remains resources and shall never become production.
