to get insurance claim on accidental death

or on permanent disability in case of accident.

disability and other circumstances decided by insurance company

2. *Self and Family details have to be submitted in Nerolac Pragati App only

3. This facility is available only for self, spouse and two children upto 18 years

Nerolac will have no role in reimbursement of claim.

Children of painting contractors are eligible for

scholarship in case of 75% or above marks in state

board examination, as per below criteria

Documents required:
• Scan copy of mark sheet is required to claim the scholarship
• Any govt approved document, which establishes relation

Children of painting contractors can get a

3 months Internship Program with Nerolac, to

know about the eligibility, the painting

contractors need to enroll with Pragati program.

 GENERAL TERMS &
CONDITIONS
• Nerolac Pragati is a point based reward program offered to painting contractors by KNPL,

the participation in program is by invitation only.

• Nerolac Pragati is valid from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023.

• Nerolac Pragati is applicable only to painting contractors / painters registered under the

programme and they will not be eligible for any other painter loyalty programme of KNPL.

• Redemption is possible only through painting contractors / painters registered mobile

number. However reward will be given as per redemption process designed by KNPL.

• All Rewards mentioned in slabs amount will directly be transferred to Painter’s bank account.

• Contractor has to provide his bank account details in Pragati app to get award amount, on

failure of same no amount to be given to painter and no claim to be entertained later

• In case of more entries, scholarship benefits will remain applicable only upto top 5 entries in

each depot. Topper benefit is only for 1 top entry in case of multiple entries.

• Accidental insurance benefit is subject to terms and condition mentioned by insurance

company appointed by KNPL. Death insurance claim process is time taking process therefore

It may take 8 to 10 months to get the claim amount if approved by Insurance company.

• Health insurance benefit is subject to terms and condition mentioned by insurance company

appointed by KNPL. All personal details like correct name as per govt valid Id proof, date of

birth and address etc have to be provided by Painter to KNPL starting of the year only, KNPL

will not be liable to any claim rejection due to providing wrong/incorrect personal

information. Insurance benefits will be given in 2022-23 year.

• KNPL reserves the rights to offer or cancel Nerolac Pragati Membership and amend or alter

any parameters of programme without any prior intimation / information.

• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai court only.

• Child Scholarship can be taken only once in one year by one contractor.

• Neither Dealer himself nor his relative can participate in this loyalty program even if they are in

painting field.
