BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 01, S-2023


“INTERPOSE NO OBJECTION TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION
OF MICRO GASOLINE STATION TO BE LOCATED AT PUROK 5, LAPINIG,
KAPATAGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE, OWNED BY MR. WARLITO B.
VILLANUEVA, JR.’’.

WHEREAS, presented for the favorable consideration of this Sanggunian


is the verbal request of Mr. Warlito B. Villanueva, Jr., to put up a business
establishment a Micro Gasoline Station to be located at Purok 5, Lapinig,
Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte;

WHEREAS, the said business establishment of a Micro Gasoline Station


will provide additional income for the barangay in the form of local revenues;

WHEREAS, the presence of the said Micro Gasoline Station will not in any
way affect the health of our residents and the owner is advised to maintain safety
precautions, cleanliness, and sanitation of the area to protect our environment
from pollution.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Jose B. Cayud-ong and duly
seconded by Kagawad Marvin M. Violeta.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang


Barangay, in regular session, duly convened, interpose no objection to the
construction and operation of Micro Gasoline Station to be located at Purok 5,
Lapinig, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, owned by Mr. Warlito B. Villanueva, Jr. and
the owner is advised to maintain safety precautions, cleanliness, and sanitation
to the protection of our constituents, otherwise, no renewal of clearance.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
