College, Dahod. -Service Level Agreement And Packages ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR NETWORKING DEVICES & CCTV SURVILLANCE SYSTEM 41. SERVICE SCOPE The Service Provider shall provide AMC services for networking equipment as per details given below:-. The work includes the following: 1. Technical support and diagnosis in case of failure of network equipments. 2. Supplying the replacement spare parts to the location where the faulty equipment is located and part will be replaced by user. 3. All the devices/components should be functional 24*7*365 days and in case any failure of any of the components, replacement spare must, reach at the site within stipulated period 2. Service Requirements 4. During the period of agreement, the Service Provider shall be fully responsible for AMC for all Networking Devices in terms of fault finding and supplying the spare parts. 2. The Service Provider shall provide AMC for Networking service at all A the consignee locations under Buyer Department 3. Buyer Cagations 1. If the component needs time for replacement then Service Provider must get it replaced by Next Business Day 5. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. For down time/SLA calculation, the day on which the call is logged will not be taken as a part of downtime. 2. The down time penalty will be deducted from the next applicable contract value. 3. The prices quoted shall be complete covering all aspects. The price shall be inclusive of all consumables required to provide service. Buyer shall also will have right to deduct penalties as per provisions of the contract. This contract extends only to problems arising out of normal functioning of equipment and the contract does not cover break down arising out of damages caused due to fire, theft, riots, accidents, earthquakes, storm and other natural calamities. This Contract is made for Networking & Surveillance Equipment procured by BUYER for its own use only.
