NOTE:
(1) Adjusting Lever Angle
Setting position 0° to be at vertical position.
(2) Stop Lever Set
Set the pump speed at 500 rpm and the rack travel at 1.8 – 2.2 mm, and check that the delivery quantity is 0.9 cc/200
st·cyl. or less.
(3) Check that the rack travel is 14.9 mm or less when the adjusting lever is turned from the idle position to the full position
with the pump speed at 275 rpm.
(4) Temporary Adjustment of Stop Cam
L 1 = 23.50 mm L 2 = 23.50 mm L 3 = 25.00 mm
(5) The 1st cylinder is on the drive side.
(6) Turn the adjusting lever to full position with the pump speed at 1975 rpm, and check that the rack travel is 10.3 mm or
more.
(7) Set the rack travel of 16.3 mm or more with the pump speed at 100 rpm. W ith the adjusting lever, increase the pump
speed to 1300 rpm and check that the rack travel is 14.6 mm or more.
Then increase the pump speed to 2200 rpm and check that the rack travel is 7.4 mm or less.
(8) The increase and decrease of can rack travel should be done by screwing and unscrewing the DAC unit. W hen
unscrewing the DAC unit, set the full load stopper with the pump speed at 1000 rpm so that the rack travel stops at 14.8
– 15.0 mm.
