A RESOLUTION RE-ALIGNING THE APPROPRIATION OF “ANNUAL DUES”


AMOUNTING TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000); AND TRAVELLING EXPENSES
AMOUNTING TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000) TO “SEMINAR OR CONFERENCE
FUND” AMOUNTING A TOTAL OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (20,000).

WHEREAS, working on the great desire to improve and develop the knowledge on
Sangguniang Kabataan transactions, the approved budget found to be insufficient.

WHEREAS, there is a need to realign the budget to consider the allocation for seminar or
conference fund not included in the Annual Budget and Supplemental Budget.

WHEREAS, the body has to realign the appropriation of Annual Dues amounting Ten Thousand
Pesos (10,000); and Travelling Expenses amounting Ten Thousand Pesos (10,000) to Seminar or
Conference Fund due to insufficient of funds needed for the upcoming seminar,

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, on motion of Sagguniang Kabataan Kagawad GIL


A. YABES JR., duly seconded by Sagguniang Kabataan Kagawad KEECEE REGPALA, the
Sagguniang Kabataan Kagawad/ Members of Brgy. Teppeng, Sinait, Ilocos Sur in a meeting
duly assembled.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to re-align THE APPROPRIATION OF “ANNUAL


DUES” AMOUNTING TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000); AND TRAVELLING
EXPENSES AMOUNTING TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000) TO “SEMINAR OR
CONFERENCE FUND” AMOUNTING A TOTAL OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(20,000).

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution shall be furnished to the Offices
concerned for information and favorable action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
