Quality and Safety Performance Report

Factory and site visits were conducted to test pipes and conduct pile load tests. Material samples were taken from strands, cement, rebar and soil to be tested at external laboratories. Pond ash and soil testing was also ongoing. Over 5.8 million safe man hours had been achieved and ongoing safety training included 18 batches, 300 employees trained, 152 toolbox talks conducted covering 2,180 workers in April 2023.

Quality Performance:

 Factory Visit done for Vishnu spun Pipes 1000mm dia NP4 Pipes and conducted required
tests in the factory.
 Pile dynamic load test conducted for P4-R6 Pile at ch.39+000 MJB-3
 Joint sampling done for Ushamartin 15.2mm dia HT strands, Maha OPC 53 grade &
Ultra tech OPC 53 grade & SAIL Steel dia 20 mm, Borrow area soil and sent to external
lab for testing.
 Pond Ash Frequency testing in progress at Thulluru Laboratory.
 Plate load test conducted at ch.40+480 Box culvert location for SBC Borrow area-12 soil
testing completed at Thulluru Laboratory

Safety:

Regular Assessment of Site execution work to evaluate the safety arrangements. Regular
toolboxes and pep talks are being organized to educate the labor and
Supervisory/Management personals.
 Achieved 5.82 million Safe Man Hours till Apr-2023
 18 batches conducted of safety training in Apr-2023
 300 no. of employees are trained in Apr-2023
 152 no. batches conducted of TBT.
 2180 no. of workers, covered in TBT. 
 47 no's employees are conducted of safety Induction.
