statements for installation, Insulation, pressure testing, chemical flushing

specifications and tender drawings etc.
E Valves & fittings

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of various duty valves

and accessories such as manual and motorized valves, modulating
valves, check valves, drain valves, strainers, pressure and temperature
gauges, thermowells, associated fittings, flanges, nut bolts, gaskets etc.
and any other type of valve as required as per the scope of works,
technical specifications and tender drawings compete with Insulation &

In general, The Contractor shall provide minimum following works under

the scope of instrumentation and control systems but not limited to;

a. Field sensors/ gauges/ level switches/ temperature detectors (RTD) /

Temperature transmitters/pressure transmitter/Flow meter/BTU L.S.
meter/Level transmitters etc.

b. PLC based control system & peripherals; RIO panels as applicable.

c. Field instruments impulse piping/ tubes, fittings.

d. Field accessories namely junction boxes, transmitter racks

e. Instrumentation & Control cables, communication data cable, supply &

installation of cable trays

f. Synchronization and integration with existing SCADA based PLC

system which may include changes or modification in existing system.

g. Loop testing, calibration of field instruments & its PLC interfacing etc

Schedule 5: Civil and Allied Works

a) Excavation, soil and sand filling, compaction, backfilling, and

construction of RCC Foundation for 20,000 TR-hr new TES Tank-2.

b) Proper foundations/mounting arrangement for TES tank pumps, VFD

panels, electrical panels etc. L.S.

c) Construction of RCC trenches with open able RCC precast covers at

intervals for laying chilled water pipes, control and power cables, FO
cables etc. from DCP building up to TES tank-2 location.

d) Construction of RCC saddle supports, and MS supports in the utility

trenches as well as in the existing trenches inside plant room as may
be required.

e) Dismantling existing road and providing new paver road as mentioned

in scope of work and tender drawings

f) Permanent paving of TES tank-2 surrounding area

g) Provide drain channel around TES tank to connect to nearest main

drain channel, providing Water drains points inside the Utility trench
with proper slope of the trench to avoid any water gathering inside the
trench.

h) -Providing/ Supplying & Installing of 5 Ton suitable capacity monorail

with chain pulley block for TES tank pumps at DCS plant ground floor
with sufficient lift height.

dimensions etc. to be installed on roof i.e top of the tank.

j) The Contractor shall be liable for any damages to property caused by

planting and transplanting operations. All areas and construction
disturbed shall be restored to their original condition to the satisfaction
of the Engineer.

k) Work shall be performed and supervised at all times by Engineer /

ive.

l) Dismantling and reinstallation of existing solar panels within DCP

area as per the scope of works, technical specifications and tender
drawings
