M&SONS PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION INC. HERE BY PROPOSES TO
FURNISH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOR AS SPECIFIED TO COMPLETE THE
FOLLOWING:
PROJECT: RE-ROOFING
Included:
• Remove existing shingles (two layer). Tarpaper and flashing
down to the roof sheeting.
• Along the ridge cut sheeting off on boat sides to create and air
space for ridge vent installation.
• Clean and cart away all job debris.
• Along all the eaves apply two rows, total six feet of GAF Ice and
water shield membrane.
• Install a new aluminum drip edging to seal Ice shield along the
facia boards.
• Apply Ice shield up the valleys around the base of the three sky
lights and along the walls.
• Apply synthetic Underlayment over the remaining roof area.
• Supply and install One new 45” X 45” SUPREME Pro series
skylight double one-inch-thick Insulated laminate low-E Argon
filled glass fixed flush cut, with 3” high 16 oz copper flashed
curb.
• Any inside small trim if needed is included.

• Re-roof the entire roof with GAF Timberline HDZ or equal high-
Definition limited Lifetime warranty Fiberglass Shingles properly nailed
with electro galvanized roofing, nails.
• Reflash the vent pipes with lifetime custom made copper flashing.
• Reflash the flue pipe with type B gas vent flashing and new storm
collar, replace the eight-inch roof vent with a new one.
• Install new PVC Cora-A-vent ridge venting system capped with Seal-A-
ridge fiberglass caps.
This project as specified included all labor and material as a contract work for
The amount of: Twelve Thousand Dollars $12,000.00
Option:
• Remove the old gutters and leaders, cart away.
• Supply and install new TRIVENT high performance soffits solid and
vented, cap the wood with facia board with aluminum trim.
• Supply and install new five inch white 0.32 aluminum seamless gutters
fastened with internal hidden aluminum brackets with screws,
including all new 2” x 3” white aluminum down spouts, fastened with
pipe cleats.
LABOR AND MATERIAL $3,100.00
Note: if Some plywood sheeting is found deteriorate; To remove,
dispose, and Neal down CDX fir plywood, half inch thick
ADITIONAL COST: ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (100.00) PER SHEET
• IF: All the plywood is found unfit to nail the new shingles and must be
replaced, to remove dispose supply and nail down new CDX Fir
plywood over the entire roof:

Above payment schedule is based upon work described in this original proposal.
Any additional work orders will not affect this payment schedule.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from
above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the Proposal.
All agreements contingents upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. The owner must carry fire, tornado and other necessary
insurance. This is a legal CONTRACT upon signing.
