Materials.
 100g acrylic yarn(options: cotton blend, cotton yarn)
 Yarn quality is lightweight/DK yarn, weight 3 yarn. The one
used here is alize diva Plus . *Check out and ensure your
gauge is right when following the pattern*
 Crochet hook 2.75mm, or any size to obtain the gauge.
 Tapestry needle for weaving ends.
 Pair of scissors.

Gauge:
6 rows of 12 dc stitches is 2”x2”

1. First 3 chain stitch(es) is normally counted (in total amount of
sts) as 1 dc and all the exceptions I have explained in the
pattern.
2. Row 1(2,3) means row for each size group: xs,(s&m,l&xl)
3. The number in the end of the each row is the total
amount of the stitches in this row {xs,(s&m,l&xl) sts}.

This pattern is worked in two major parts, the body and the
wings. Each wing also divides in two parts.
I have used three colours, but this is not necessary. The colours

THE WINGS
Working on the WS, start with the right side wing.

Using colour A attach yarn at the 1st st of row 8 of body as shown in pic

Finishing and tie back strings
The seam/ finishing is worked in colour A for body.
Working on the right side wing
Join yarn at ch sp in the 1st row of wings. Ch1.

*2 sc in nxt dc sp, ch 1, sk the 1st top st,sc in the 2nd st,* Rep pat to the
last 2 rows, 2dcaround ea dc st, dc top of last st. Ch 200( ,270) or as
long as you prefer for the tie at the back. Cut yarn and attach at the sc, at
the base of the chains.

 Sc in the mid st(that was left in row 7) turn to upper wing.

 Reattach yarn at the base st of tie strap, and work edging towards the
body.

Weave in all loose ends tightly at the back of top.
