CPVC Checklist

This document provides a checklist for the installation and pressure testing of a water supply system. Check and ensure that routing of piping,location of valves and other accessories etc

are as per drawing

4 Check for the suspended pipes are levelled & clamped firmly as per standard

5 Check and ensure that all water supply system shall be flushed before testing

Check and ensure that all water supply system are tested to hydrostatic pressure test

9 No leakage observed during pressure testing

10 Retesting of water leakages is done wherever leakage observed.

11 Check for calibration certificate for all the testing equipments

A test register shall be maintained and all entries shall be signed and dated by

contractors and clients

Before commissioning the water supply system, the contractor shall arrange to disinfect

the entire system
