Eurovision 2011 continued the use of jury voting in both semi-finals as well as the final introduced in 2010, and again there were large differences in
opinion between the juries and the public.

In the Final, Azerbaijan would still have won without the juries, and Switzerland would still have finished last. The biggest beneficiaries of the jury voting
were Italy (second in the final but only 11th in the public voting, and Denmark, fifth in the final but a lowly 18th in the public voting).
