PTA, FACULTY CLUB AND SSG JOINT RESOLUTION NO.1, S.2022

A JOINT RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. NOEL ANTHONY M. GESLANI,


MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALASIQUI, TO KINDLY EXTEND
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CAUSE THE CONCRETING OF THE SCHOOL GROUND
AT BOLAOIT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, Bolaoit Elementary School is presently improving its physical facilities so that its more
than 400 students will feel more comfortable and secured while inside the school;

WHEREAS, it has always been the vision of the stakeholders of Bolaoit Elementary School to be a
top-caliber school in terms of infrastructures, facilities, equipment, academics, sports and socio-
cultural;

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to concrete the school ground because it is always flooded which
can be threatening to the students and teachers during academic hours due to possible aftermaths it
may create such as infestation of dengue-ccarrying mosquitoes, leptospirosis etc;

WHEREAS, the Parents and Teachers Association alongside the Faculty Club and the Supreme
Students Government of Bolaoit Elementary School have unanimously decided to undertake and
prioritize such big project during the school year 2022-2023 to utilize the ground for the Moving-up
Ceremony and the Graduation Exercices;

WHEREAS, the three organizations due to the meager funds and with the public knowledge of the “
No Colletion Policy” by the Department of Education, also unanimously agreed to exhaust means in
the realization of said project through outsourcing from various agencies and organizations and
generous people;

WHEREAS, the officers and members of the Parents and Teachers Association, Faculty Club and
the Supreme Students Government of Bolaoit Elementary School unanimously agreed to forward a
resolution to Hon. Noel Anthony M. Geslani, Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Malasiqui, to
humbly request the allocation of funds for said project;
WHEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Elizalde P. Perez, Principal of Bolaoit Elementary School,

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED to request Hon. Noel Anthony M. Geslani,


Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Malasiqui, to kindly extend the financial assistance to
Bolaoit Elementary School to cause the concreting of the school ground.
