Method
Heat the oil and fry the onions until
they're golden
Add garlic,chilies,tomatoes,tomato
powder,spices and 1 cup of water
Add the chicken and simmer for 10
minutes
Add the frozen peas,mushrooms,potatoes
Serves 8 people
and more water if needed
