Today's recipe🍜 Ingredients

Haji Chicken
1 tbsp olive
2 medium cloves of garlic,chopped
2 medium onions,chopped

Biryani 2 medium chilies,chopped


2 large tomatoes,chopped
¼ tsp chili powder
Ready in 20 minutes ¼ tsp cumin powder
3 medium mashrooms
1 chicken breast
rice

Method
Heat the oil and fry the onions until
they're golden
Add garlic,chilies,tomatoes,tomato
powder,spices and 1 cup of water
Add the chicken and simmer for 10
minutes
Add the frozen peas,mushrooms,potatoes
Serves 8 people
and more water if needed

washed rice then the chicken mixture and
repeat this twice
Garnish with cumin seeds and ginger
