MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

COMES NOW, accused Anita F. Sayson, by herself, unto this Honorable Court,
respectfully states:

1. That the recommended bail for the provisional liberty of the


accused in the above-entitled case 1s Php72,000.00;

2. That she intends to post bail for her provisional liberty, but
the bail recommended is excessive;

3. That she has not been accused in any criminal case nor
has any pending case in any other court in Davao City or
anywhere in the Philippines;

4. That she will undertake to appear in court for the


prosecution of this case if summoned to do so;

5. That this motion is done in good faith and not intended to


delay or evade prosecution of these cases;

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court


that the bail for the provisional liberty of the accused in the above-entitled
cases in the amount of Php=72,000.00 be reduced to Php=36,000.00.
