My name is Khalisa Mumtasyfana. I am twenty three years old.
I’ve been working as a research & Development jr officer intern in PT Semen
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in Jakarta. There, I learned a lot project management. I got
this internship opportunity through of BUMN program
Tell me about your work experience
I have eleven month of experience project management in PT Semen Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk as Intern.
Previously, I had experience as an intern engineer at PT Modern Widya Teknik on the
Bulak Kapal Underpass project in Bekasi.
Tell me about your education
I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and computer in University of Bakrie,
majoring in Civil Engineering. I learned a lot about project management, geoteknic,
planning, scheduling, and many more about civil engineering.
I also participated as laboratory assistant in course soil mechanicals to improve my
hard and soft skills as engineer.
Why do you want this job?
As an intern engineer previously in an infrastructure project, I really enjoy working
In a construction project environment. I was very excited when I was given the
opportunity to return to the project environment as a civil engineer for document
controllers.

What is your greatest strength?
I have an interest in learning new things and developing myself in various
environments with responsibility, discipline and commitment.
What is your greatest weakness?
I have almost no confidence in the work I have done. So to convince myself, I'll be
discussing a lot with the team to get more suggestions.
What are your salary expectations?
My salary expectation is between Rp.6.500.000 – Rp.7.500.000 (six million five
hundred thousand rupiah to seven million five hundred thousand rupiah). but can be
discussed again with the company
