Our Factory manufactures all products in abidance with GMP production standards and the
ISO quality standard. The production at the plant are controlled and conducted
by the QA department, which performs inspection and quality control at all
Infrastructure stages. Research and development laboratories have professional chemists and
pharmacists employees with relevant experience and training, they are
authorized with developing advanced formulas and improving existing

Strength

We have a skilled group of professionals that work hard to provide durable products for

our products offered with highest quality standard. In the light of machinery we use for
production we have fully-automatic, highly developed manufacturing equipment's such
as:
Emulsifier:- It is used for continues mixing process of cream,
lotion and others. It's capacity is 500 litres in a single batch.

Shampoo mixer:- It is used to make shampoo and shower gel.

It's capacity is 500 liters in a single batch and total production
is 4000Ltr per day.

DM Water Plant:- We have a plant for demineralized water and UV

filter for bacteria free water. We make products using DM water only.
Our DM water TDS is below 10 and has 0 bacteria and it's production
capacity is 4800 litres.
Pulverizer:- It is a mechanical device for the grinding of many
different types of materials. It's capacity is 400 to 500 Kg per
hour and requires 220-250 V of electricity power.

Auger Powder Filling machine:- It is used for mixing powder and

filling into bottles, jars, pouches and container. The machine fills
25000-30000 units.

Sachet filling machine:- It can be used to pack any free flowing, non
free flowing and liquid paste products. It's capacity is 30000-36000
pouch per hour.
Tube filling machine:- It is used to fill liquid into the tubes. It's
capacity is 25000-30000 tubes.

Ointment plant:- We have our Ointment plant designed for

ointments, gel, creams and lotions for capacities ranging from
2500-3000 kg.

Soap cutting machine:- It is to cut soap bars into desired lengths,

sizes and forms. It's capacity is 10000-12000 units.
Liquid filling and capping machine fully automated:- Liquid filling
machines, where liquids are to be packed in various types of
containers. It's capacity is 55000-60000 units

Cream/mask filling machine:- 5 To 250 Gram jar, output range:

25000-30000 units.

Labelling machine fully automatic:- It separates the items to fixed

distance and pushes the item in the direction of the conveyor. It has a
drive wheel, a labeling wheel and a reel. Its production capacity is
45000-50000 units.
Sealing & Shrinking tunnel:- It moves the product through the
tunnel and are cloaked with loosely fitting shrink film. It's capacity
is 20000-25000 units.

Batch printing machine:- It is used for printing batch number, mrp

printing, Machine capacity is 35000-40000 units.

Lobe pump:- It is used to transfer material from one machine to

another or storage tank without touching the material. It's capacity
is 4800ltr.

Air compressor:- It is used to clean the bottles and jars with high
pressure of air and make packaging material 100% dust free.
