III. Presenting Problem


The parents of the client is now experiencing medical problem, Ain Gabriel also
struggled adjusting as a first year college student in virtual class difficulty to catch up
to their some subjects. and difficulty to open his problem to his family and friend.
IV. Background information/ History

A. Client

Ain Gabriel is an 19 years old man born on august 03, 2003.his high is 5,4 has a
medium skin stone, oval shape of the body and very approachable characteristic.As of now
he is 1st Year College student at Rizal Technological University taking up a bachelor of
science in information technology.He love computer Programming has a skill in fixing
motor bike.His habit is playing basket ball and biking with friend sometime he use to
escape to his family to have ride with his friend.when he have a free time he help to his
friend business to get an extra incom.Before he’s member of YP (Young People) active in
church but he use to priorities his schooling. According to his mother she observed that he
is kind, smart and a generous man.The Clients had a strong Relationship to his mother and
sister.

B.Family

The Client’s family is originated from San Juan City had been living married for almost 25
years and blessed with three child. both parents have a work, client father, tatay Jeorge Maco
earns php 400 a day from tricycle driven and Nanay Veronica Maco earn 10,500 on her monthly
income. both of his siblings Jessa and Raymond has their own job but they are not obligated to
give an support for the house hold costs. the family usually spends Php 400 a day.client Mother
has a medical condition called (cysts) under observation and his father has their daily medication
to his high blood and asthma. The monthly income of the supporters was insufficient to cover
alltheir expenses including Water Bill, electricity and food, with that amount of fees, the parent’s
income will not be enough for the client’s schooling.

A.Environment/Community
The family are living at Blk 40 lot 3 San lorenzo Taytay Rizal. Their house has a second floor,
broad space, good for the family. far from high way, the path is narrow, sometimes if there is
party its noisy, drinking liquor and playing karaoke but they have no problem to their next door.

V. Current Family Functioning

Ain Gabriel and family are living to their own house and two of their children Jessa and Remond
Maco,are graduated in college and have a professional job. Both parents are provider even do
their daily salary is not enough to meet their needs. sometimes they get short of budgets.When
the client has problem he wants to share these to his Mother. If they have a free time as a
complete family their bonding is eating together and watching movie.When its comes to decision
making its always comes from Jessa. The client is not too stronger close to his family because he
not so open to share his problem to them.

VI. Assessment
Given the situation of the family and the clients. they need the strong bonding with family and
more open to share about their problem. To help the client about their education is continuously
support form the mission is very helpful. In addition medical support for the family it could be
include. Both parent’s are provider but they struggle in a lot of financial problem and other
expenses.Despite the odds, their parent’s a responsible provider and doing his best to support
their family. The client shows determination and persistence to achieve his goals in life.
VII. Rehabilitation/Intervention Plan

Goal: At the end of six months the client’s family will be able to experience quality time and more
open to each other and to be able to cope in their present problems.
