Easy Returns Policy1

1. Pepperfry's easy returns policy allows customers to return most items within 7 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the original packaging and tags are retained. 2. For items returned due to damage, defects or incorrect items, the refund will be processed after the product has been picked up within 3 days of the return request. 3. Some product categories have additional exclusions for returns, such as no returns on wood grains/knots in furniture, or cushions being returned for furniture. Clear images are required and the refund will only be to the original payment method.
