In connection with the above references the undersigned would like to request your good office to allow the cadet to have an early log-out on 1700H April 9, 2011 for the following reasons: a. That the cadet has already a plane ticket scheduled on April 10, 2011at about 11:40 in the morning and it will cost a big amount of money if it will be rescheduled. b. The cadets will also find difficulty on the availability of plane ticket schedule going home because it is a peak season. c. That the cadet is proficient and has no any touring hours and confinement period to serve in the cadet corps. 3. Further, that the cadet will come back right away if deficient or has to take a removal examination, Furthermore, that the cadet will enjoy the same number of days as to the other cadets. 4. 1. REFERENCE: a. Upcoming Criminology Licensure Examination October 22-24, 2011 b. Memorandum approved by the Director dated August 06, 2011 to take the examination. c. Verbal Instruction from the Senior Tactical Officer d. Standard Operating Procedure.

2. In connection with the above references, the undersigned cadet respectfully request from your good office to avail an early log-out on 15 October 2011 to attend one (1) week in-house review, final briefing and instruction before the Licensure Examination.

3. That the in-house review will be conducted by Saint Ferdinand College Ilagan Isabela Review Center for Criminology Education at the Maria House, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan which will start on 15 October 2011 until the examination days on October 22 -24, 2011.

4. That the said in-house review is highly recommended as part of the review proper to refresh and supplement additional information to the undersigned on different Criminology subjects which the Licensure Examination will cover.

5. That the in-house review will give a greater opportunity for the undersigned to mingle and gain some tips and techniques from his former schoolmates on how to deal with board examination questions.

6. That the in-house review will also help the undersigned seek advice from his former professors and gain further understanding on the subject matters, considering that the undersigned did not formally attended review classes.

7. That the undersigned truly believes that the in-house review will help him pass the examination if given the chance and opportunity.

8. That it can be understood that the duration of the undersigned for early log out is not deductible from his non-academic training attendance.
