Please bring your original CNIC card and/ or FORM B, educational document and domicile while coming
for the test along with this registration slip.
Cash of Rs.300/-.
1 x Passport size photograph.
Candidate having different CNIC No, on CNIC Card/ FORM B and registration slip are declared ineligible
and not allowed to take entrance test.
This is provisional registration slip. Concerned office has the authority to declare the candidate ineligible
as proven upon original documents.

Note 1: Mobile Phone/Digital Diaries/ Calculators and other helping material are not allowed.

Note 2: Recruitment/ Selection in Pakistan Navy is purely made on merit. If you have been persuaded for
