Cr.No.3/2024 >> Respondent/Complainant

This petition is coming for hearing before me on this day in the presence of
Thiru.K.Lenin, Advocate for the petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the
respondent and this Court made the following
ORDER

Heard both sides.

This petition is filed U/s.438 of Cr.P.C, for seeking Anticipatory bail.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners/Accused has filed the

Anticipatory Bail application and stated that the Petitioners/Accused have been
charged by the Respondent Police U/Ss.354(A), 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC, R/w.4 of
TNPWH Act, R/w.4 of TNEI Act for the allege occurrence took place on
06.01.2024. FIR was registered on 07.01.2024.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners/Accused has contended that the
Petitioners/Accused are no way connected with the offence. There is love matter
between the parties. So there is case in counter. Hence, prays to allow the
petition.
Per contra, the Learned Public Prosecutor objected on the ground as per
FIR, the occurrence is made out. The investigation has not yet been completed.
Hence, he strongly objected to grant Anticipatory Bail to the
Petitioners/Accused.

Rival submissions of both sides considered. Upon considering the strong

objection of the learned Public Prosecutor, facts and circumstances of the case and
other facts and the investigation has not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to
grant Anticipatory bail to the Petitioners/Accused, hence the petition is dismissed.

Pronounced by me in open court, this the 11th day of January 2024.
