Target Audience: 2024 Batch BE/BTech/MCA graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and
Communication, Telecommunication and Electrical & Electronics branches.
Locations of work: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Noida
Pre-requisites:
• Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Candidate must be a 2024 batch pass out only.
• Minimum 60% marks or 6.3 CGPA in graduation.
• Candidates must not have any backlogs for participating in the hiring process.
• Candidate must possess good communication skills.
• Candidate must be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis operating location.
• Candidate must be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for
training and deployment.
• Candidate must be flexible to work on any role within Applications Tower of Mphasis – Applications Development,
Applications Testing, Application Production Support etc. as per business requirement.
Profile/Designation: Associate Software Engineer
CTC Details: Annual compensation INR 4,00,000 (INR Four Lakhs only) per annum.
Training agreement: Selected candidates must sign Training agreement at the time of joining to stay with the company for
minimum 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default, an amount of INR 100,000 in full will be recovered from the
employee.
Assessment/ Selection criteria:
• First Round – Aptitude Test (English Comprehension, Logical and Quantitative Ability)
• Second Round – Technical Interview
• Final Round – HR Interview
Onboarding Timelines:
• The selected candidate will be on-boarded anytime between June 2024 to July 2025; this timeline is subject to
change at the discretion of Mphasis.
• The selected candidates should have the below set of documents at the time of joining without fail:
- All semester marks sheets and convocation certificate issued from the University, Aadhar card, PAN card &
Passport.
• Candidates must not have any standing arrears during onboarding. (Standing arrear: Any subject cleared post the
final semester of the course duration. All arrears must be cleared by 4-2 semester for B.E/B.Tech candidates, 2-2 / 3-
2 semester for MCA candidates depending on course duration respectively).
