Pursuant to Notification No. 075-BOPEE of 2022 dated 06-11-2022, the Board has
conducted physical round of counseling on 11-11-2022 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu
simultaneously for eligible candidates who had applied for allotment of seats for Post MBBS
DNB/Post Diploma DNB/Post MBBS Diploma courses-2022 in various Government Colleges /
Institutions of UT of J&K. The candidates who have participated in the said counseling and have
been allotted Institutions /seats as per their merit-cum preferences are hereby provisionally
selected for admission to above courses in various Colleges / Institutions, as per the Annexure "A"
to this notification which is available on website of the Board [Link] only. The
candidates are advised to report to the Colleges / Institutions upto 16-11- 2022 (till 03.00 pm)
w.e.f date of issuance of this Notification along with following documents/ certificates: -
Post MBBS DNB & Post MBBS Diploma Courses:
(i) NEET PG Score Card- 2022 conducted by National Board of Examination
(NBE).
(ii) Domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh as the case may be.
(iii) NOC issued by Health & Medical Education Department of J&K
Government for the year 2022.
(iv) Valid Category Certificate, if any.
(v) Any other documents required by the College/ Institution concerned at the
time of admission.
Post Diploma DNB Course:
(i) PDCET Score Card-2022 conducted by National Board of Examination
(NBE).
(ii) Post MBBS Diploma in either of the following streams/disciplines:
(a) Anesthesiology (b) Psychiatry (c) Obstetrics & Gynecology (d)
Pediatrics.
(iii) Domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh as the case may be.
(iv) NOC issued by Health & Medical Education Department of J&K/Ladakh
as the case may be for the year 2022
(v) Valid Category Certificate, if any.
(vi) Any other documents required by the College/ Institution concerned at the
time of admission.
It shall be sole responsibility of the Colleges / Institutions to ensure proper check and
verification of documents/ eligibility as per guidelines NMC (MCI) before the candidates are
allowed for admission and in case any discrepancy in the requisite documents is found the same
shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.
In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date ,the
Colleges / Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays/ off days and
designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in
time. However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to
complete admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the
candidates.

Further, as provided under Section 9(2) of J&K Reservation Act 2004, the Reserved
Category seats which remained unfilled due to non-availability of eligible Reserved Category
Candidates during this round of counseling were converted into Open Merit and filled up
accordingly as per merit / preferences of the candidates.
The Heads of the Institutions are advised to furnish the shortfall, if any, to the Board
through e-mail at helpdeskiakbopee@[Link] / coejakbopee@[Link] on 16-11- 2022 (up-
to 05.00 PM).
Note:
1. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any
information furnished by the candidate(s) proves to be false/ fabricated, and action as
warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).
2. For fee / documents required for admission in the Colleges / Institutions, the provisionally
selected candidates are advised to contact concerned Colleges / Institutions before the last
date of admission as fixed by the Board.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in Notifications / Notices
issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
