2. In connection to the reference, that on June 4, 2023, an investigation was conducted


by Cagayan Police Provincial Office for the case of a missing person, Mr. Glenvert
Cominghod single, 22-year-old, student, and temporarily residing at Jufelimae
Apartment, Centro 2 purok 7, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.

3. That Mr. Glenvert Cominghod went to the back of their apartment at 11:30 P.M after
arguing with Ms. Mishel Burigsay without any said words. That was the last time Ms.
Burigsay saw Mr. Comighod went to the rice field at the back of their apartment.

4. The investigation was led by PLt. Andrian Ronquillo of CIDMU together with the
forces of other municipalities on June 6,2023 to find Mr. Cominghod who has been
missing for 6 days. The team searches the rice fields, riverbanks and near rainforest.
PCpl. Flor Alipio, one of the personnel of the task force found the cadaver of Mr.
Cominghod rotting at the dried part of the end of the riverbank and his belongings
including his cellphone was also found in his pocket.

5. The cadaver of Mr. Cominghod was recovered by the task force and was put to the
morgue for autopsy for further knowledge of the cause of his death and was found that
his death was due to suicide together with the suicide note file recovered in his
cellphone.
6. Ms. Mishel Burigsay was allegedly held responsible to the death of Mr. Cominghod
but the trial court disclosed the case citing Ms. Burigsay do not have the reasonable
cause to kill his boyfriend Mr. Cominghod.
