HOW TO PRACTICE
For each practice session choose ONE exercise to focus on (just a few
measures).

This week do not focus on trying to play the example.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE IT THROUGH ALL OF THE EXERCISES.

Focus on writing and analyzing the patterns we've worked on so far. Aim to
do one a day, but it's ok if you don't complete an entire example each day.

It's also ok to do more than one per day if your level is more advanced.

Find and label all notes, intervals, chords, key signatures, and write in the
counting and clap and count out loud with the metronome.

You can play through the example after you've completed the analyzation,
but you don't have to.

***Do not focus on the LEVEL of these pieces. We are not sight reading yet -
- just looking for patterns and you can do that in any level of piece.
