*Wake up between 5am - 7:30am*
1 Go to the bathroom, drink some water, wash your face with cold water,
moisturize + brush your teeth!
2 Make your bed
3 Prepare some warm lemon water and head to your Morning Routine Space
Sit down, get cozy, and set the tone for the day by going over your vision
4 board. Read over your BIG Goals, Clear Vision Of Who You’re Becoming,
Affirmations + other motivational print outs on your board.
5 Check off your Accountability Chart
Start writing!
6 - How am I feeling today?
- How was yesterday? How could I have improved?
Answer these daily journal prompts:
7 - When I think about who I’m becoming I feel...
- The person I’m becoming will experience more...
- I am SO grateful for…
Map out your perfect upcoming day
8 - Rough draft how your ideal day would look like in your journal, then write out
your to-do list for the day on a large post-it note (or on a paper where you can later
transfer to your phone) *I like to use post-it notes so I can stick them on my water
bottle or bathroom mirror since I work from home.
9 Meditate for 15 - 30 mins
Shower, turn your phone off airplane mode & get ready for your day
10 ahead while listening to something inspiring or motivational! A podcast, some
music… or you can simply embrace the silence.

- Set an intention for your sleep and your day tomorrow. Ex: I’m going to
have a full, restful sleep tonight and wake up feeling energized for my day. I
can’t wait to wake up and feel even closer to my future self tomorrow!
