Action plan-ELLN

The District Action Plan outlines strategies to implement the Early Language Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN) program and utilize the Phil-IRI in Palompon South District schools for the 2022-2023 school year. The plan has three phases - Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring and Evaluation. In the Planning phase, teachers and school heads will attend conferences to prepare for ELLN training. The Implementation phase involves conducting a three-day ELLN and upskilling training for teachers and school heads in October 2022. In the Monitoring and Evaluation phase, school action plans will be evaluated and Phil-IRI results will be analyzed from November 2022 to June 2023 to identify literacy and numeracy issues
