INT.
CASEY'S LAST HOME - NIGHT
CASEY (25F) is against the wall. The camera is focused on
her eyes, her face is covered in blood and dirt.
MATCH CUT TO:
INT. ANTHONY'S APARTMENT - DAY
Casey is looking out the front window. Her cheeks are red
and she is laughing.
Behind her ANTHONY (25M) approaches her. He is telling her
something, giggling. Around his shoulders hangs a blanket.
He hands Casey a cup of steaming liquid.
Casey for a split second notices the camera.
Camera pans quickly to the ground.
EXT. PARK - DAY
Casey and Anthony are sitting at a bench, with ASHLEY
(25F). Casey is talking, with her hands, to Ashley. Anthony
is eating a sloppy hoagie, listening to his friends.
INT. ANTHONY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT
Casey and Anthony are arguing.
CASEY
(walking away)
Why would you even! I just can't
understand how you could think
it's a good idea to text him?
Ashely and CAMERON (25M) walk in.
CASEY
(hands phone to Ashley)
Look at this.
Ashley becomes infuriated after finishing the messages. She
hands the phone to Cameron.
ASHLEY
What were you thinking? Her ex
Tony? Really?
ANTHONY
(Defeated)
I don't know. I didn't-
ASHLEY | CASEY
(at the same time)
You don't know?
Cameron having finished reading hands the phone back to
Casey.
A shuffling noise can be heard by the audience. The
characters don't hear it over their argument.
CASEY
Honestly, I don't even want to
hear anymore.
Casey grabs her things and rushes out of the door.
Ashley follows.
Cameron lingers. He takes a shameful look at Anthony, then
follows after the girls.
LATER
Anthony is on the couch. The TV plays in the background but
he doesn't pay attention to it. He looks down at his phone.
The camera bursts out of the closet. (POV of the KILLER
(Unknown Age M))
Anthony is panicked.
THE CAMERA IS OVERWHELMING ON ANTHONY AS HE IS REPEATEDLY
STABBED BY THE KILLER.
The Audience is forced to look as he draws his last rugged
breath.
CUT TO:
INT. CASEY'S LAST HOME - DAY
Framed by the back window, much of the living space is
obscured expect for the characters.
Cameron is consoling Casey as she sobs into her hands.
Ashley stares, blankly at the blanket Anthony had over his
shoulders, clutching it in her hands.
LATER
Casey hugs Cameron. They linger on it.
Ashley doesn't hug Cameron before he leaves.
INT. CAMERON'S CAR - NIGHT
We see Cameron driving.
He arrives at his house.
Hands, gloved wrap a rope around Cameron's neck.
He struggles, fighting the Killer. Cameron begs before he
can no longer talk. Cameron stops thrashing.
INT. CASEY'S LAST HOME - DAY
Camera enters the front door. Casey and Ashley sit on the
couch.
As the Killer gets closer, Ashley throws the coffee table
at him. They run out the back door.
POV OF THE KILLER AS HE CHASES AFTER THE GIRLS AROUND THE
BACK YARD. (SORTA LIKE THAT SCENE IN JURASSIC PARK)
The killer catches up to Ashley and quickly kills her with
a blow to the head. We linger on her dead body.
Casey witnessing this, decides to attack this man. She
tries her best but cannot win. We are hovering over her, as
we did when Anthony died.
THE CAMERA IS THROWN TO THE GROUND POV TO THE STARS ABOVE.
CUT TO:
INT. CASEY'S LAST HOME - NIGHT
Casey is awakened as the camera approaches her. She is
breathing heavy as she stands. A knife in her hand ready to
defend herself and get revenge.
MATCH CUT TO:
INT. CASEY'S LAST HOME - NIGHT
The camera is on her eyes as a hand with a knife reaches
towards her.
