MY PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHING
Teaching is the best thing that we can do to the future successor. Good teachers
contribute big development to the students life, as they are learn things that can help them
developed knowledge and learn new things.
As a future teacher, Teaching is the way of sharing our knowledge in the time that we
are also learning some things that can help us in where we are today. Teaching is not just a
profession but also our passion to teach, educate and love children in a way that they deserve
that we can do good things to our environment by also following the Ethics and Articles of a
Professional Teacher. Teaching is also creating a group of person or students in where they can
learn to interact, need help to someone and help everyone in there own way and capacity.
Teachers are also our second parent and school is like our second home in where we learn
some lessons, learn to write, will learn to read and also they teach us the good things in how we
can developed ourselves and make us a better person that they are also the reason why we are
here now in where we are as a dedicated and motivated person. Teachers must have show the
positive thinking and good attitude, because students always look up to their teachers with love
and respect, so it is very important as a future teacher to enhance ourselves in every situation
and someday as a future teacher, I will inspire them and help them achieve their desires and
goals in life.
Every teachers must understand every learner in every situation that they have
especially when they are suffering. Students sometimes can't focus on the things that teacher
thought, so as a teacher patience and understanding must be present in this situation to assess
students difficulty and bring it in a successful way that they can effectively learned even though
from the start that they are suffering difficulties. It is our responsibility as a teacher to become a
good role model to every students by showing respect, give our best, sharing new things and
good attitude. I believe that every teacher have the fashion to teach students and help students
in the time of their difficulties. In school picture has the big role to every students in where they
need to educate and encourage students that learning is the key to the next step of their
journey. The teacher must assess every students in every situation especially in every hands on
activities that can help them enhance their knowledge and thinking skills to soul every problems
that they may encountered. Allow students to explore the things that can help them develop
their own understanding and let them grow in their own feet and you just need to guide them in
every action that they may made. Let them find their selves by interacting with others, let them
help someone in needs, let them discover their own desires and make them discovered their
own abilities and capacity that can enhance their self to a best version of their life. As a future
teacher I will teach them they don’t have to treat someone as a competitor rather than treat
them as a good friend that can help them in the time that they truly needed some help to
someone that they can trust on the things in where they suffering some difficulties.
My teaching philosophy focus on helping student’s in achieving their desires in life. We
need to help all the students in achieving their goals and we need to assess them in their
learning. Some students may not captured easily the given lesson, so as a good teacher who
love students we need to explain to them the importance and value of the things that we are
teaching to them in order for them to catch up with the lesson details, because it is very
important in their learning and gaining with their knowledge. Some students nowadays are
wasting their time in some other stuff like social media, online gaming and they don’t have more
time to spend in their studies and to their academic performance are now getting low due to the
addiction in social media. So we need to help them to get rid of this kind of situation, so that
they may can focus on their studies and they can have some self studies. My role as a teacher
is to educate the pupils nicely and help them in their learning, so knowledge, passion and
patience is very essential in the situation that children’s way are far in their studies. We need to
teach them the right thing that they need to do in order for them to succeed in their studies.
My teaching philosophy is perennialism, and it will help me to address the lack of
motivation to learn beyond the boundaries of the role methods that my students have been
trained to work with, due in large part to No Child Should Leave Behind. As perennialist, believe
in time honored absolutes whom it comes to my instructional methods and approach. It is not
the fault of my students that they have not been thought in their whole life in education depends
on their scores. Which is they simply want to know the right answer and the wrong answer
during the test. I will not giving up on helping my students to learn how to think as well as what
to think. Perennialists think it is important that individuals think deeply, analytically, flexibly and
imaginatively. Perennialist classrooms are also centered on teachers in order to accomplish the
goals. As a future teacher I will use the true teaching methods and techniques that are believed
to be the most beneficial to disciplining students mind. Students are thought to reason through
structured lessons and skills. As a future teacher I will teach the things of universal importance
to humankind.
As a future teacher for now I will do my duty so that someday when I will become a
teacher I can now have make a better impact to my students life. I can help them in their
learning and motivate them everyday when they are studying. Being a teacher is not just a
simple word and profession, because teacher help learners achieve their goals, assess them in
their studies, help them develop knowledge, make them learn new things and most of all they
have the passion, dedication, patience, love and respect to every children and they change
children’s perception about the given things and situation. Education is the only thing that your
parents may give as a golden treasure that they invest their unconditional love, support and
motivation, so we need to give importance to our studies. To my Fellow Educator continue to
strive hard and choose what's make you think important. We need to sacrifice for now, that
someday we can now help and apply to our future students to learn how to survive the struggles
of the college life to become a successful professionals. Dream High, Soar High and Strive for
