The new-generation 3.3-liter e-SKYACTIV-G power unit features Mazda Hybrid Boost, Mazda’s 48V hybrid
system where its electric motor and internal combustion engine work in harmony to generate high output with
excellent fuel economy and emissions performance. This is mated to an eight-speed multi-plate automatic
with rear-biased i-ACTIV All-Wheel Drive.

Kinematic Posture Control further adds stability when cornering by braking the inner rear wheel to mitigate
body roll for a more confident ride.
