ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)

As stated in the vision of the Department of Education, Evangelista Elementary School


continuously improves itself to provide quality basic education through its program and protects
which are responsive to the needs, interests and aptitudes of the learners.

It maintains the zero drop out and maintain promotion rate in three years of by FY 2021.
To attain this goal, the following programs and projects are to be implemented: “Tara sa EES”,
“Enhance, Maximize, Utilize ICT” (EMU Program), “Net Spread” Program and “Kagamitan, Ingatan”.

In “Tara sa EES” Program, its objective which is to increase enrolment at least 2% has
been
achieved. The school conducted the following activities to ensure the attainment of the program: (a)
Education Mapping (Service Areas), (b) Religious implementation of Early Registration, (c) Flyer
distribution, (d) FB advertisement and (e) Home Visits.

“Enhance, Maximize, Utilize ICT” (EMU Program) aims to upgrade the teaching
competencies with ICT Integration through seminars and workshops. Three (3) teachers have
improved from Substitution level of integration to adaptation level. The activities done to achieve
this program are the following: (a) LAC Session, (b)Trainings & Seminar Workshops (c) Class
Supervisions.

The “Net Spread” Program aims to maintain the provision of strong internet connectivity
to all the classrooms through access point. ICT room were connected to internet with individual
routers. The school allocated MOOE funds for the purchase of materials for internet connectivity.
Through MOOE, the school were able to purchase of routers gadgets for teachers and pupils
consumption.

“Iingatan Ka, Aalagaan Ka” Program aims to repair windows of HE building, ICT classroom
and CRs, 50% of the windows of HE building, ICT classroom and CR have been repaired. The school
allocated funds for the purchase of materials needed in the repair.
To ensure the implementation of the AIP, the school conducted a mid-year and year-end
assessment in order to attain its objective. It also involved the active participation of the Parent-
Teachers Association, other stakeholders including local government and non-government
organizations.
