O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is a non‑profit, multi‑disciplinary and research oriented
university founded in 2009. JGU was established as a philanthropic initiative of its Founding
Chancellor, Mr. Naveen Jindal in memory of his father, Mr. O.P. Jindal. JGU maintains a 1꞉9 faculty‑

B.A. LEGAL STUDIES
This programme aims to nurture legal imagination among young students and build a strong foundation to study
law and social sciences in the future or be absorbed into legal & allied fields. This programme is the first ever multi‑
disciplinary undergraduate degree in legal studies to be launched in the country.

Offered by JGLS faculty꞉ arguably the best in the field to provide a strong legal and social sciences research
foundation.
Only social science programme in the country focused on creating legal imagination and understanding of the legal

countries worldwide. In India, family businesses account for 85% of the businesses with a contribution of around
70% in the nation’s GDP. Understanding the ever‑growing importance of family firms in India, we offer BBA (Hons.)
‑Family Business program.The course work imparts an adequate mix of practical and academic training to students

B.A. (HONS.) POLITICAL SCIENCE
The B.A. Honours in Political Science degree is a four‑year under‑graduate programme dedicated to the study
of political evolution of the world we live in. Political Science is the study of theory and practice of politics that
involves description and analysis of all political activities, political thoughts and political phenomena. This

The JSGP undergraduate degrees in Economics are versatile and can lead to various

JINDAL ADELAIDE ARCHITECTURE PATHWAY (JAAP)
The Jindal Adelaide Architecture pathway is the first and only architecture course of study in India that is designed to graduate
global architects who will be eligible for licensure across Australia, New Zealand, and India. The unique structure of the
program will have the students completing their first three years at Jindal School of Art & Architecture (JSAA) from where they
will transfer to the Undergraduate Program in Bachelor of Architectural Design at the University of Adelaide in year four. Upon

Structure of the Programme

• The BA (Hons.) The Built Environment Studies Program offered by JGU (in collaboration with the University of Adelaide) employs a unique 3+1+2

• 3 years at JSAA‑ Students begin their academic journey at JSAA where they spend 3 years, after the successful completion of the first
3 years at JSAA and obtaining the required English proficiency score, students will transfer to the University of Adelaide to complete the

• 1 year at UOA‑ Students enroll directly in the 4th year of the Bachelor of Architectural Design, after successful completion of the 4th year, students will

The B.A (Hons.) English programme is a well‑designed curriculum delivered
through the Jindal School of Languages and Literature that encourages intensive
