DISC SERIAL NO. 98 TO 102 FROM THE LIST OF UNRELIED
UPON DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY THE CBI

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the Applicant namely Smt. Rabri Devi i.e. the Accused No. 2
is filing the present application seeking permission to inspect four
(4) sealed hard disc in serial no. 98 to 102 from the List of Unrelied
upon Documents submitted by the CBI before this Hon’ble Court
on 03.09.2022.
2. That the CBI had filed an application before this Hon’ble Court
during the hearing on 03.09.2022 for placing on record additional
documents and a list of unrelied upon documents. However, the

CBI has neither filed the documents nor they provided the same to
the Applicant.
3. That vide order dated 29.10.2022 this Hon’ble court has given
permission to inspect documentary and electronic evidence till
14.11.2022.
4. It is submitted that the Applicant through his counsel has inspected
most of the documentary evidence and electronic evidence, which
can be inspected. However, Four (4) hard disc bearing serial no.
6VY6WYCY, Z3TDMPYM, WMAYU2290673 and
WCAYUU009258 were not allowed to be inspected which were
seized from M/s S.K Nayak & Co. by the CBI because these hard
disc were sealed. Therefore, in view of the same we need atleast 15
days time to inspect the necessary electronic evidences
5. That the present application has been filed by the Applicant
seeking direction from this Hon’ble Court to allow the Applicant’s
Counsel to inspect four (4) sealed hard disc bearing serial no. 98 to
102 from the List of Unrelied upon Documents submitted by the
CBI.
6. That the present matter is listed for today i.e. on 19.11.2022 but
without having consideration of the entire materials and the
documents either relied and unrelied, the counsel of the Applicant
shall not be able to argue the matter on charge. Further, the same
are also required to understand the whole case of the CBI against
the Applicant.

7. That the instant application is bona fide and is made in the interest
of justice.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may
graciously be pleased to:
a) Allow the present application and allow the applicant to inspect
four (4) sealed hard disc bearing serial no. 98 to 102 from the List
of Unrelied upon Documents submitted by the CBI.
b) Pass such other further order (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem
fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present matter
and in the interest of justice.
