Year-End Report

Month of August to May, a 10 month of wonderful flight of being a teacher. May 27,
2024 learners, teachers, parents and our dearest principal gathered in one place to witness the
meaningful end of the academic year but not the learners that is being buried to the pupils.
My kind of year-end experience was a great yet little stressful, but a priceless
experienced. My one year isn’t enough, yet priceless of teaching at Mangiging Educational
Center, Incorporated begun last August 07, 2023, that was the year of being a Grade 6 Adviser.
Our flag ceremony starts at 7:00 a.m. Monday, it is seen in my face that I am excited and felt a
little bit nervous maybe because I will encounter new faces of the pupils.
The principal, Dr. Guiamaludin M. Mangiging oriented us how to be responsible teacher.
He is always telling us to have the courage in teaching, we should not allow problems and trials
become hindrance on ourselves to down. I used to give different activities to get the attention and
interest of my pupils. Every day before we formally started our class we always have our prayers
and greetings. I am also integrating different resources to make my teaching as energetic and
alive.
Mangiging Educational Center, Incorporated year-end report articulates and demonstrates
dynamic nature of our school, our commitment to excellence and our relentless pursuit of
achieving our best. Our teachers are reflective and responsive to student needs and there is
quality commitment from school community. Our school has been preparing our children for the
future. We focus on supporting all students to reach their full potential academically, socially,
and emotionally.
We have committed, proactive teachers and dedicated support staff working to help each
child to reach their potential. Our staffs have high expectations and adopt a wide variety of
innovative teaching practices.
