employees. If the norms in the organization satisfy the employees, they tend to deliver good
performance. But somehow, there are still leaders/heads that do not consider this. Having a
mindset that as long as the employees get paid, they will perform better. In reality, there is
more than the salary factor. An individual is motivated to perform well if the
organization itself takes care of them. I remember a saying that goes “Take care of your
employees and the employees will take care of your business”.

reality everyone should be able to express their ideas and be heard.

In situations hen teachers are given the responsibility of organizing an event without
assigning a head committee, it can lead to a situation where each individual attempts
to assert their dominance or surpass others. Some individuals may see this as an
opportunity to exhibit their skills and abilities, while others may choose to follow along.
Those with a forceful personality may stand out in such situations, while those who are
less assertive may be seen as inferior, despite their valuable contributions. In reality,
every person's ideas should be heard, and everyone should have the opportunity to
express themselves.
