Assessment method.

Formative Assessment.

1. I will give 10 multiple choice item quiz.

2. Short Quiz will be attached to the SLMs.

3. Parents will get the SLMs with short quiz at the of distribution per barangay.

4. Clarifications/Question of students will be accomodated by the teacher in the Group Chat.

5. Short quiz will be recorded after the retrieval time which is every monday.

Summative Assessment

1. I will give 30 multiple choice and true/false item as their summative test.

2. It will be distributed to the parents to their respective barangay's on every four weeks and this will
serve as their SLMs.

3. Clarifications/Questions of students in the summative quiz will be responded in the Group Chat.

4. Checking and recording of scores of the students will be done after retrieval time.

5. Recognition of those who passed the summative test will be announced in the Group Chat

Porfolio-based Assessment

1. I will announced to the Group Chat that SLMs and other written activities will serve as their Portfolios.

2. Rubrics will be announced in the GC for them to be aware and fair.

Performance-based Assessment

1. I will give online oral test through messenger.

2. Rubrics will be announced in the Group Chat for them to be guided

3. Recognition of those students who answered correctly will be announced after the oral test.

Diagnostic Assessment.

1. I will give 20-item multiple choice test only for me to dertermine if they have prior knowledge to the
subject.

2. Feedback will be announced in the Group Chat.

3. Likert Scale will be used to determine if they have attain prior knowledge to the subject.
