Focus on Service Value: Emphasize the reliability, speed, and convenience of DHL's
services, particularly during peak seasons, to justify the price adjustments and maintain
customer loyalty.
3.5. Leverage Vietnam's Growth Potential:
Support Local Talent and Skill Development: Invest in training and education
programs to develop a skilled workforce for the logistics industry in Vietnam. Partner
with local universities and vocational institutions to create talent pipelines.
Tap into Domestic E-commerce Boom: Develop customized logistics solutions
catering to the burgeoning e-commerce market in Vietnam. Offer flexible delivery
options and last-mile solutions to connect domestic businesses with global markets.
Advocate for Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with the Vietnamese
government and other stakeholders to improve transportation infrastructure, including
roads, ports, and airports, to facilitate more efficient and cost-effective international
trade.
By implementing these solutions, DHL can address the current challenges, improve
labor relations, build a more resilient and sustainable supply chain in Vietnam, and
capitalize on the country's economic growth potential.
