for your employment subject to the terms of Company policies and other agreements.
Position: Your initial position with the Company will be Sr. APPLICATION ACCOUNT
SUPPORT MANAGER, as described in the next page annexed.
Joining Date: 05TH of August, 2020
Anticipated End Date: 05TH of August 2023
Salary: The Company will employ you at Rs. 24500 (Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Only)/-
per month. Your compensation will be paid on a monthly billing Cycle of Company Billing
Clearance Period.
Other Terms:
1. Your duty with the Company shall be on an at-will basis. In other words, you or the Company
may terminate employment for any reason and at any time by giving one month notice only
in writing or on mail and not by other way.
2. The terms of employment outlined in this letter are subject to change at any time.
3. You and the Company agree that you intend that this letter agreement will be superseded by
Apprentices Act, 1961
4. If You disclose any know how, business secret and any other business or organizational
information to any other person, you will be liable to pay the damage what the organization
will have to suffer due that discloser or Rs. 500000 (Five Lakh) whichever is higher.
