It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Md. Saidul Islam’s
admission to your prestigious institution's graduate program in electrical engineering. I had been
working with Saidul for more than five years at Summit Power Ltd. After completed his BSc in
electrical & electronic engineering (EEE) he joined here as an assistant engineer in September
2018 where I was the Plant In charge.

Saidul is an individual with exceptional communication skills, who is highly organized and self-
motivated. He currently holds the position of Senior Assistant Manager, where he leads a team of
operation engineers. He can perform well under pressure and also can make quick decision,
which is crucial for maintaining national power grid stability, and possesses the necessary skills
to effectively lead his team. Also, he has a unique talent for inspiring and motivating others to
perform at their best. He is conducting training on the Basics of an HFO-based power plant to
develop his subordinates. He has exceptional organizing qualities, who successfully organized
sports events for Summit Family Day 2023 which include Cricket, Football, Badminton, and
Table tennis. He is the runner up of table tennis and member of summit cricket team. His most
admirable quality is his honesty and willingness to take responsibility for any mistakes,
regardless of how minor they may be.

Saidul possesses analytical thinking abilities, allowing him to identify and anticipate potential
problems and come up with solutions beyond the call of duty if required. This is why I engaged
him for a feasibility study of a solar based power plant project. Furthermore, his unwavering
dedication and research-oriented mindset instilled confidence in me to involve him in the team
tasked with investigating the breakdown analysis.

When he expressed his desire to pursue higher studies, we all felt that he was on the right path.
Although we will miss his presence in our work, we sincerely hope that after completing his
studies, he will make significant contributions to the industry and the nation. He deserves the
opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, which he can use to benefit the
subject, institution, community, and environment.
