What you'll be doing:


We are seeking talented and passionate graduates who have the desire, drive and determination
to become our next generation of leaders.
If you are looking to develop your career in operational management, our graduate programme
offers you a breadth of experience across our market leading food and support services
business. You will gain real job experience, working at our sites to deliver anything from
outstanding restaurant experiences, supporting high profile sporting events or feeding thousands
of school children, patients, workers and military personnel; ensuring warm welcomes, clean
buildings and safe environments. You will get the chance to develop the skills and build the
network needed to get a head start on your career journey in a truly global company.
Applications are currently being accepted for our Graduate Programme (Ops) commencing in
October 2024.
We will be conducting Assessment Centres for this program in June 2024.

More about the role:


Across the 24 months of the programme, you will rotate into 4 different areas of our
business. Each 6-month rotation will allow you to develop key skills and experiences across all
aspects of management; from the day-to-day running of a service to planning and executing
hospitality events; including but not limited to stock management, health & safety, reporting on
financial performance, handling client and customer enquiries and feedback, as well as
motivating and leading a team.
We truly believe our best managers are those who have an appreciation of the daily challenges
and triumphs; you will shadow front line teams and management in their day-to-day roles, to
enable you to hit the ground running, out in our business doing real work, making a difference,
and learning on the job from day one.
We also provide a structured learning programme including, online support / reflection tools and
workshops with your Graduate community: all the time supported by your mentor and Graduate
Programme Manager, who will be on hand to help you to navigate your journey.

Internal
The programme is designed to set you up to be one of our future outstanding Operations
Managers who run single units, multi-sites and even multi-service contracts, making commercial
decisions and working directly with our customers, clients and senior leaders. They bring out the
best in people and inspire our teams while supporting them to achieve the highest quality and
service standards.

Who you are:


If you have graduated within the last two years and you are enthusiastic, driven, and passionate
about delivering great food and service, then we want to hear from you.
An ideal candidate will have:

• A Degree level (or higher) qualification (obtained within the last 2 years).
• An appetite to be part of the food and hospitality industry with a desire for a role within
Operations Management.
• Strong motivation and drive, with great attention to detail and a passion to deliver
exceptional customer service.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships and a strong team player.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to develop new ideas and see them through
to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness and flexibility to relocate in the UK in order to take advantage of the many
great opportunities on offer nationally.
