WHAT IS SIGN LANGUAGE?
Sign language is a visual language that uses hand
gestures, movements, and facial expressions to
convey meaning instead of spoken words. It is
primarily used by people who are deaf or have
hearing impairments to communicate within their
own community and with others.

writing system, and sometimes numeral systems,
using only the hands. These manual alphabets have
