INTRODUCTION

This material is designed purposely for evangelism to

establish the truth and expose the fault line among Christian
denominations. The dividing segment of Christianity in the
Philippines context is very thin, that clear teachings are
necessary to have right understanding.
Today, we use same textbook, songs and do almost the same
activities. Everyone claims to be in the truth and many were
confused. Some felt lazy and complacent in searching. Some
believe that there is no difference. Many years ago, I have
heard a voice in my dream saying, that the greatest deceit
and lie made by Satan is to divide the world into religion.
This was and still is today the greatest barrier to salvation in
our generation. While we believe in evangelism and the
working of the Holy Spirit, we should not neglect that a clear cc
presentation of the gospel would greatly help set those in
darkness free.

PRAY VARIOUS PRAYERS
-The Accounting in Soul Winning
No one can come to me unless the father
who sent me draws him, and I will raise
him up at the last day.
JOHN 6:44

1 Corinthians 10:1-4(Let the P.G read)

While we know that it is God's purpose
that no one will
perish but all shall come to repentance (2
Peter 3:9) we
should have to remember 2 kingdom
principles:

2  Principle of asking and receiving –

You do not have because you do not ask
God.
(James 4:2b)
 Principle of Intercession –
I looked for someone among
them who would build up the
wall and stand before me in the
gap on behalf of the land so I
would not have to destroy it, but I
found no one.
Ezekiel 22:30
We can only receive what we ask. A
fervent prayer for souls will hasten the
work in evangelism.
a. Prayer of Compassion
He, who goes to and for weeping,
carrying his bag of seed, shall indeed
come again with a shout of joy, bringing
his sheaves with him
Psalm
126:6

I wish my head were a spring of water! I

wish my eyes were a fountain of tears!I
would sob day and night over my people
who have been killed.
Jeremiah
9:1
Motive determines our eternal reward.
However, it also exposes our heart's
condition. Self-glorification hinders the
work of the Holy Spirit. Our tears and
weeping are expressions of genuine
compassion and are honored by God.

b. Prayer of Warfare
The god of this world has blinded the
minds of those who don't believe. They
can't see the light of the good news of
Christ's glory. He is the likeness of God.
2 Corinthians
4:4
What I'm about to tell you is true. What
you lock on earth will be locked in
heaven. What you unlock on earth will be
unlocked in heaven.
Matthew 18:18
The minds of the unbelievers are blinded
by the god of this world and so they can't
come before the saving knowledge of
Christ. This spiritual condition hinders
them to receive
understanding regardless of intelligence
and educational background. We need to
be active in spiritual warfare, discern the
spirits and enforce our authority by
binding and loosing so that through our
partnership with the Holy Spirit
unbelievers will be delivered and be
saved.
PURSUE INTIMATE
3 RELATIONSHIP
- The Heart of Soul Winning
Let the words you speak always be full of
grace. Season them with salt. Then you
will know how to answer everyone.
Colossians 4:6
In the same way, let your light shine in
front of others Then they will see the
good things you do. And they will praise
your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 5:16
Share with God's people who are in need.
Welcome others into your homes.
Romans 12:13
While spiritual warfare opens the mind of
the person to whom we share the gospel,
intimate relationship opens the heart. Our
speech, good deeds, manner of
communication and sincere care are very
necessary to win their hearts for Jesus. As
John Maxwell said, "You've got to win the
heart
before you ask for the hand."
PRESENT GOD'S WORD
4 UNDERSTANDABLY

- The Battle Neck of Soul Winning

Do your best to present yourself to God

as one approved, a workman who does
not need to be ashamed and who
correctly handles the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2: 15

Pray that their hearts will be

ready for the word to be
planted.

But still others received the seed that fell

on good soil. They are those who hear
the message and understand it.

A good heart is he who hears and

understands the word. How we present
and teach make a great difference for the
lessons to be understood. Training for
the LTL is a must for everyone who
desires to be a soul-winner.
PERSUADE WITH
5 GENTLENESS

-The Patience in Soul Winning

Anyone who serves the Lord must not
fight. Instead, he must be kind to
everyone. He must be able to teach. He
must not hold anything against anyone.
He must gently teach those who oppose
him. Maybe God will give a change of
heart to those who are against you. That
will lead them to know the truth.
2 Timothy 2:24-25

We must be persuasive yet we should

avoid debate. Also prohibit yourself from
answering questions which answers will
be discussed in the next lessons. We must
be friendly and gentle in dealing with
them. Our attitude is a great factor for the
success in soul winning.
PACE PROMPTLY AND
6 CONSISTENTLY

-The Commitment in Soul Winning

Our time commitment and consistency

are of great value for the success of our
evangelism. Your "Bible Study" may be so
excited with your lessons but once you
fail them in your
schedule that will become a great setback.
The
recommended frequency of meeting is
twice a week.

7 PURSUE GOD'S PRESENCE

-The Dynamo in Soul Winning

Then Moses said to him, "If you don't go

with us, don't send us up from here. How
will anyone know that you are pleased
with me and your people? You must go
with us. How else will we be different
from all of the other people on the face of
the earth?"

Exodus 33:15
We don’t work for God; we work with
God. All our efforts will have very
limited results without God’s presence.
The time spent in God’s presence is
directly proportional to our anointing to
accomplish His work.

The provision for the forgiveness of sins is only for those who
are saved – who believed that sins were already paid. For the
unsaved, they need first to acknowledge forgiveness through the
blood of Jesus.

Hebrews 12:7-11

Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For

what son is not disciplined by his father? If you are not disciplined
(and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate
children and not true sons. Moreover, we have all had human
fathers who discipline us and we respected them for it. How much
more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live! Our
fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but
God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness.
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on,
however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for
those who have been trained by it.
