• I hereby declare that all the information provided in the application of mine is true and
correct to the best of my knowledge. I shall take complete responsibility for any concealed or
deceived information if any and for any counterfeit in my application.
• I hereby declare that I haven’t had any criminal record and I shall never involve in any such
activities in future that might produce one such record.
• I hereby declare that the scholarship given by the VEDA Foundation shall be used for the
purpose to which it is intended for and I shall never use it for any other purposes.
• I hereby understand that the extension of Scholarship to next academic year/semester
requires good GPA a n d there shall be no guarantee that the VEDA Foundation shall extend
the scholarship for the next academic year/semester, as it is the pure discretion of VEDA
Foundation and I have no right to question the authority of the VEDA Foundation.
• I hereby agree that as long as I receive scholarship from the VEDA Foundation, the VEDA
Foundation has full authority to enquire about my academic scores, attendance and conduct
with the institution authorities in which I have enrolled for the course.
• I hereby agree to return the books or any study material provided by the VEDA Foundation,
after completion of my academic year/semester. I hereby agree to hand them over to the
VEDA Foundation’s representative as per the communication given by the VEDA Foundation.
• I hereby confirm that I have not enrolled myself with any other Organization to get the same
benefit for which VEDA Foundation is sponsoring me. I understand that getting sponsorship
for the same benefit from more than one Organization is unethical.
• I hereby agree that VEDA Foundation, by providing scholarship for my course, shall not be
responsible or liable to provide me any job or livelihood after I complete my course.
• I have no objections of any kind to use my name, photograph and my sponsored course
details on the VEDA Foundation website [Link] and in VEDA Annual
Report.
• VEDA Foundation has full authority to cancel the scholarship extended to me without giving
any explanation in case any of my actions violate this agreement of the VEDA Foundation.
