DEFINING OUR GOAL
The goal isn't just to be able to approach women.
The goal is to be able to strike up a conversation with just
about EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE.
In the due course of this week, we'll take your fear of talking
to new people and BURN IT TO THE GROUND.
You'll realize that this fear, like all others, isn't even real.
Walking up to strangers and saying Hi and following up with a
5-minute conversation is a piece of cake.
And then leaving realizing that what you did just now was
nothing short of AMAZING.
90% of the guys you know, will never even think of doing
something like that, much less do it.
You just walked away making a meaningful connection and
increased self-confidence.

So again, what's our goal?
By the end of this week-
To make you a charming and extroverted kind of person that
can easily strike up a conversation with people EVERYWHERE.

YOUR STATE OF MIND
To quote Pook:
"Women are reflective in nature.
Go in happy and she'll be happy.
Go in nervous and she'll be nervous."
I believe, it's not just women.
It's everyone.
People are essentially mirrors- if your frame's stronger than
theirs.
They want someone to suck them out of their boring,
mundane life into something incredibly fun and exciting.
Fortunately, by the time you finish reading this book, it is
going to be cakewalk for you ;)

Here are some techniques that will ensure that you're happy,
enthusiastic and HIGH-FUCKING-ENERGY before going into a
conversation.
Blast LOUD music and go crazy for 60 seconds.
It's next to IMPOSSIBLE for you to not snap out of your
current state and become happy as fuck and radiate that
same energy to everyone around you.
Look yourself in the eye in the mirror and blurt out-
"I am a SOCIAL ANIMAL. I am open to and LOVEEE meeting
and talking to people"
"I am NATURALLY outgoing and extroverted."
"I make new friends EASILY and am always open to meeting
new people"
Add more affirmations of your own, say them to yourself
right before going out.
Get on the ground and do push-ups.

Or ffs just go to the gym and have a full-blown workout

THE PRE-REQUISITE
Talk to a person as though you're already mid-conversation.
Your tone should be like "I've known him for long and already
been talking to him for the past hour"
And not, "Hey, can I talk to you?" (that's rapport-seeking
tonality, just like a salesman you want to avoid.)
Most people are weak, and if that's the frame you imply,
they'll accept it without even giving it a second thought.
And, you'll be well on your way to have a great conversation.
Something else to keep in mind:
o You make sure you're enthusiastic, high-energy, have a
soft smile or smirk on your face.
o You also make sure you hold strong eye-contact,
confident body language and the above tone of voice.

THE OPEN
As soon as you see someone interesting, don't even think
about it, start walking towards the person and say hi.
If you delay the open, it most likely will never happen.
Don't stress about the opener.
Something as simple as a Hi works. (Make sure you keep the
pre-requisites in mind)
Even though I discourage this, I will list down some openers
here and throughout the book in case your mind goes blank:
"I just saw you from across, and you seemed pretty chill…So, I
walked over to say Hello."
Observational opener: "I don't really see a lot of people doing
[insert something unusual] Are you a [something relevant]?"
Example: "I don't really see a lot of people running barefoot
during the day… Are you a pro runner?"

Say whatever the fuck comes to your mind about your
surroundings. Just comment on what's going around you.
Can't get any easier than this.
Example: "Not again! They've closed beach because of the
c0vid. Don't you just hate to see it?"
+ Bonus points if you come up with your own opener.
That's enough about the open.
You've got this.
We're now moving on to the real stuff.

DAYS 1 & 2:
So, our goal for Day 1 and Day 2 is for us to show your mind
how easy it is to strike up a conversation.
Essentially, what we'll be doing is warm-up sets.
For this, we'll initially start going in places where people WILL
be receptive. (Because that's quite literally their job)
Go to a gym, talk to the receptionist:
✓ Ask about membership fee
✓ Talk about the gym amenities
✓ Ask them their name
✓ Ask them "Would you please mind telling me, how has
covid impacted this gym?"

Boom, that's a minimum of 5–10-minute conversation right
away.
Go to a clothes store, choose something you like, bargain:
Example: "That will be $100"
Give them an understanding nod, say "I can pay $60. I'm
sorry, I'm afraid I just can't pay more."
This is a just a little higher up in the comfort scale.
Alternatively, you can also ask them to help find you your
desired piece of clothing.
When at a restaurant, befriend the waiter:
✓ Say Hi, ask them their name.
✓ Ask them for meal recommendations and what goes
well along with something else you ordered.
✓ Do some small talk, order and tip generously.

Note: Always tip right after you order, not at the end when
you're leaving.
✓ While leaving jokingly tell him to not fuck it up when you
bring a girl next time.
Way too easy.
And that in itself, is 10 times of what you've invested in this
course.
Bonus- Eye-contact practice:
Every person you see on the street, practice holding piercing
eye-contact with them. You can't look away before they do.
If you get into trouble, just say- "Oh, I thought I know you,
you look exactly like one of my friends…"
Insane potential in this simple exercise.

DAYS 3 & 4:
Days 3 and 4 are going to be a little more build-up before we
move higher up in the comfort scale.
Most of these are "warm" leads, meaning- they've got a
significantly better chance of being receptive, it's easier to
talk to them and befriend them.
Talk to the security guard of your building, the cleaning lady,
the dude to comes to collect the trash, delivery men, etc.
✓ Smile and say "Hello".
✓ Ask them their name.
✓ Notice something about them and build up on it-
"Oh, you look tired, would you like some water?"
✓ If it's a busy day or an occasion , say you appreciate
them working in spite of it.
✓ If you're paying them- tip them.

Have everyone like you at your workplace, a store, bank, café
or a place you frequently pay a visit to.
✓ Smile and say Hi to the guy who opens the door for you.
✓ If possible, strike up a conversation with as many people
as possible.
✓ If you're into a particular department at your workplace,
wander into other departments and greet people and
small talk with them.
✓ Use "Thank you" often.
People at the gym, MMA Kickboxing class, or the dojo.
✓ Bro-fist the receptionist
✓ Help rookies at the gym.
✓ Conversely, if you're new, ask veterans to help you out.

✓ Spot for someone if he needs it, or ask someone to spot
for you.
The gym, dojo or the MMA is my favourite place to make
new friends.
The very fact they're there tell you they're like-minded,
motivated and a hard-working person overall.
To conclude this section-
Try talking to as many people as possible- the ones you see
often as you go about your day, but never really talked to
before.
Days 3 and 4, in disguise was also about improving and
expanding your social circle and turning you into a BADASS.

DAYS 5 & 6:
Days 5 and 6 consist of challenges.
You're not getting any openers or pointers in any of them.
You're gonna have to use what you've learnt so far ;)
Walk up to a stranger, small talk with him.
✓ The challenge here is that you have to make him laugh-
and you can't leave the conversation until you do.
Get one of your female friend (who you haven't talked to in a
while) on a call.
✓ The challenge here is that you've got to invite her to go
out with you. Even something as simple as going on a
walk, or a coffee works.
Open a group of people.
✓ The challenge is to engage them for as long as possible.

DAY 7:
This is the final day.
And this ranks highest in the comfort scale.
Approach women you find attractive w ZERO hesitation.
As you go on with your day, you'll find many beautiful
women around.
Refer the pre-requisite and the open section on pages 6 and
7 again.
Just walk up to her and start a conversation.
Some additional pointers-
Preferably approach from the side, front is ok too, from
behind is a no.
Don't be in her face, have your foot pointing to the side,

Say "I'm in a hurry" "Just on my way to meet a friend" "Very
quickly, I just wanted a female opinion on this…"
So, she knows you won't be sticking around for long.
Determine if it's good to ask her out for a coffee or a drink
then and there or just ask for her Instagram and be on with
your day.
It the approach doesn't work out, who cares? On with your
day.
These few fuck-ups make you good- exceptionally good.
But if you let that discourage you, you'll undo all your hard
work.
Don't allow it to happen. Ask yourself-
Will this particular outcome affect me in 5 years?
No.

Will I be glad I got out of my shell, faced my fears head-on
and became the best version on myself to date?
Fuck yes.

CONCLUDING NOTE:
Makes you happy talking to people, doesn't it?
Now you know why extroverts always seem to be
enthusiastic, high-energy and in a good mood.
All of that is contagious.
And, that's why people like to hang around them.
Now you are one too.
You always were.
I just put you back in touch with it.
Fun fact: I used to be shy as fuck.
So much so, I used to curl up and try to make myself as small
as possible wishing I'd somehow disappear from tense
situations
The 7-day challenge is a system that I devised for myself to
break out of it.
I refined, updated, made (and still make) improvements to it.
I use it now on a daily basis, hope you will too…
