Services (GCAS) Portal
Gujarat Common Admission Services Portal (GCAS) is a visionary portal launched by Educa on Department,
Government of Gujarat to streamline and simplify the admission process for graduate, post-graduate, and
Ph.D. programmes in various facul es across 14 Government Universi es and its affiliated ins tu ons/colleges.
Students will be able to register for admission across Arts, Commerce, Science, Educa on, Law, Rural Studies,
Physical Educa on, B.Ed., and Ph.D. programmes through GCAS Portal only.
GCAS portal is available in both English and Gujara Language.
Student will have to register online on the h ps://gcas.gujgov.edu.in.
Students will have to register their mobile number and email address by filling their primary informa on. The username
and password will be sent to the student's registered email ID and to the registered contact number.
Registra on will start from 1st April 2024 and a er the results, students will be able to lock their registra on.

The student will have to upload their basic profile informa on, academic informa on as well as necessary school leaving
cer ficate, marksheet, caste cer ficate, income proof, scanned photograph of the student and signature etc. on the portal.
The student will have to choose the degree course, University, or its affiliated ins tu on / college he/she wants to take
admission in.
Students are required to pay Rs. 300/- registra on fee on GCAS Portal through online mode.
The filled details will have to be reviewed and the applica on has to be finally submi ed.

Any remaining applicable documents must be uploaded while the registra on form is locked.
A Recent Passport-Size Colored Photograph of the applicant

Applicants' Signature in black/blue ink on a white background.
