CONDITION OF CARRIAGE
• All tickets are valid for one (1) year from the first date of travel.
• Tickets are Non-Transferable.
• Tickets are re-routable subject to applicable change fees.
• Name change is not permitted on tickets.
• Pregnant women are required to present a medical report certifying them fit to fly while pregnancy carriage limit is 28 weeks.
• Physical check-in begins 3 hours prior to the scheduled Flight departure and closes 45 minutes before scheduled Flight departure. Boarding closes 15
minutes before Flight departure.
• Online Check-in will begin 24hrs to scheduled flight departure and closes 1hour before scheduled Flight departure.
• Baggage Allowance is 15kg in Economy Promo, 20kg in Economy Saver and Flex, and 30kg in Business Class. Baggage in excess of the specified
weight is subject to a fee of N1000 per kg. Any excess on the specified weight will be subject to available space.
• Infants (0 - 23months) are entitled to a maximum of 10kg of luggage in either Economy class or Business Class.
• Each Adult (12 - Above) or Child (2 - 11years) passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage weighing not more than 6kg in Economy
class and 8kg in Business class with size not exceeding 45x33x20 cm in addition to a carry-on purse or handbag or Laptop.
• The airline reserves a right to request that a carry-on baggage be dropped for check-in where the crew reasonably believes it will not fit into the cabin
hold.
• All cancellations, modifications and no-show charges will be as per the fare conditions for the selected fare class.
• All voluntary refund request on refundable tickets will be honored less 25% of the original ticket fare with processing time of 2 - 4 weeks.
• Any act of assault on crew and staff of United Nigeria shall lead to disembarking of the passenger and permanent forfeiture of the ticket (i.e., ticket
status shall be invalid and non-refundable). The passenger shall be handed over to AVSEC for prosecution. United Nigeria may also submit the name
of the passenger to NCAA for further action.
